An Important Update from CCO’s founder and president:

Dear CCO Community,

It is with a heartfelt mix of emotions that I share an important update regarding my role with the Circle City Orchestra (CCO). After four incredible seasons, I will be stepping down from my position with the organization in the near future.

My deepest gratitude goes out to each and every one of you who helped bring CCO to life. Creating a space where we could all share our love for making music together has been a profound joy and a true labor of love. Thank you for your dedication, your talent, and for making these past four years so incredibly special. I am immensely proud of what we achieved together.

While my journey with CCO is concluding, my passion for creating musical opportunities continues! I am excited to announce that I will be continuing with the cello ensemble, now as an independent entity, carrying forward the spirit of community and music-making that we cherished at CCO.

We are just starting out and will need support to get established, including securing rehearsal space. If you’re interested in being part of this new chapter or lending a hand, please follow our new Facebook page for updates and ways to get involved:

I wish CCO and all its members the very best for the future. I look forward to making music with many of you again in this new ensemble!

With sincere gratitude,
Jarod W.
